Article 1. Bring in article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 1992 No. 1914-XII "About conscription and military service" the following changes:
the fifth to state the paragraph to part three in the following edition:
"concerning which criminal prosecution or criminal case is performed it is brought to the prosecutor for the direction to trial or judicial proceedings, except for citizens, suspected (persons accused) in crime execution, stipulated in Article 435 Criminal codes of the Republic of Belarus, and voluntarily told the body conducting criminal procedure the readiness to fulfill conscription are performed.";
the fourth to state the paragraph to part four in the following edition:
"concerning which criminal prosecution or criminal case is performed it is brought to the prosecutor for the direction to trial or judicial proceedings, except for citizens, suspected (persons accused) in making of the crimes provided by Articles 434, 435 Criminal codes of the Republic of Belarus, and which voluntarily told the body conducting criminal procedure the readiness to fulfill conscription are performed.".
Article 2. Add the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 1999 with Article 300-1 of the following content:
"Article 300-1. Illegal actions concerning civil unmanned aerial vehicles and model aircrafts
Import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus, storage, turnover, operation or the production of civil unmanned aerial vehicles or model aircrafts in defiance of requirements of the legislation made within year after imposing of administrative punishment for the same violations -
