1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2015 No. 264 "About approval of Rules of domestic trade" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11148) the following amendment:

in the Rules of domestic trade approved by the specified order:

add with Item 253-1 of the following content:

"253-1. 2. To provide to development department of domestic trade of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
