1. Approve generally the draft decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government about transition of the bodies of the Commonwealth in the field of safety financed from the single budget of bodies of the CIS to single system of compensation (is attached).

2. To direct to executive committee of the CIS together with bodies of the Commonwealth in the field of safety in the shortest possible time in the gosudarstvauchastnik of the CIS finished taking into account the taken place discussion and offers of the State Parties of the CIS the draft decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government about transition of the bodies of the Commonwealth in the field of safety financed from the single budget of bodies of the CIS, to single system of compensation, and also draft documents on modification of regulations on bodies of the Commonwealth in the field of safety including regarding medical, social, pension and material and household support of staff of the specified bodies, for holding till August 5, 2006 expert meeting (as a part of representatives of the interested ministries and departments of the State Parties of the CIS and bodies of the Commonwealth) for the purpose of subsequent their introduction to the regular meetings of Council of Heads of Government and Council of heads of states of the CIS in accordance with the established procedure.
