About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" about introduction of security measures in organizations of general secondary education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 31, Art. 226 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. Third of Article 19 to state part in the following edition:

"3. Cannot work in educational institution or be recruited in educational process (carrying out studies, lectures, trainings, seminars, master classes, tenders, estimations of results of training, etc.) person:

which has the outstanding or not removed in the procedure established by the law criminal record;

it is found of the procedure established by the law guilty in making of offense against sexual freedom or sexual integrity of person;

on which administrative punishment for making of the offense connected with domestic violence, bulling (persecution) or for failure in duty on education of children is imposed".

2. Third of article 37 after paragraph two to add part with the new paragraph of the following content:

"creation of the safe educational circle, in particular by taking measures for safe stay of participants of educational process in the territory and in premises of educational institution".

With respect thereto third - the fifth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the sixth.

3. The fourth articles 38 after the paragraph of twenty third to add part with the new paragraph of the following content:

"promote according to the work plan of educational institution to holding actions among participants of educational process for prevention of offenses".
