According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56, of 59, of 61 Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", Articles 31, of 43, of 61, of 109, 114 Laws of Ukraine "About insurance", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Changes in:

1) Regulations on voluntary exit from the market of the insurer and transfer by the insurer of the insurance portfolio approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 25, 2023 No. 184 (with changes) which are applied;

2) Regulations on authorization of persons having the right to perform actuarial activities in the field of insurance, and persons who can fulfill duties of the responsible actuary approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 25, 2023 No. 187 (with changes) which are applied;
