1. State Items 16 and 17 in the following edition:
"16. Planned control (supervising) actions concerning the objects of the state control in the field of drug circulation for medical application referred to category of high risk are held with the following frequency:
inspection visit - once in 2 years;
exit check - once in 2 years;
documentary check - once in 2 years.
Concerning the objects of the state control referred to categories of considerable, average, moderate and low risk, planned control (supervising) events are not held.
17. Planned control (supervising) events concerning objects of the state control in the field of drug circulation for veterinary application are not held.".
2. State Item 35 in the following edition:
"35. The preventive visit is conducted in the form of preventive conversation by the official of state control body in the place of implementation of activities of controlled person or by use of video conferencing or the Inspector mobile application.
The preventive visit is conducted at the initiative of regulatory (supervising) authority (obligatory preventive visit) or at the initiative of controlled person.".
