About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 135/2017 on approval of forms of the reporting under the single tax paid by residents of parks of information technologies

The order of the Minister of Finance No. 135/2017 on approval of forms of the reporting under the single tax paid by residents of parks of information technologies (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 399-410, 2014), with subsequent changes, to change the Art. as follows:

1. Add with Items 7 and 8 of the following content:

"7. The standard form "The Report on the Single Tax for Transactions with Affiliates", according to appendix No. 7.

8. Procedure for filling of the Report on the single tax for transactions with affiliates, according to appendix No. 8.".

2. Add with Items 9 and 10 of the following content:

"9. The standard form "The Report on the Single Tax for Transactions with Affiliates for 2024", according to appendix No. 9.

10. Procedure for filling of the Report on the single tax for transactions with affiliates for 2024, according to appendix No. 10.".

3. In appendix No. 1 in the table of the declaration on the single tax to exclude the 011 and 012 codes.

4. In appendix No. 2, the Section I to exclude Items 9-1 and 9-2.
