About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2417

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2417 "About licensing of separate types of activity on rail transport" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 2, Art. 457; No. 49, Art. 8311; 2023, No. 49, Art. 8754).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2417

1. In Regulations on the licensing of activities for transportations by railway transport of passengers approved by the specified resolution:

a) the paragraph one of Item 5 to state in the following edition:

"5. For receipt of the license the license applicant represents to the licensing body in electronic form with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" the statement for provision of the license in which details are specified:";

b) add with Item 5 (1) the following content:

"5(1). Signing of the statement for provision of the license and statement for modification of the register of licenses is performed according to part 5 of Article 13 and part 3 of article 18 of the Federal law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" respectively".;

c) in Item 10:

word in paragraph one "suspension or renewal" shall be replaced with words "suspension, renewal or the termination";

add with the paragraph of the following content:
