About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to provide allocation of additional budgetary appropriations to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period on realization of the powers provided by this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2025.

a) in Item 3 of the word "to 3 managements" shall be replaced with words "up to 4 managements";
b) in Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is authorized federal executive body on work with the Framework convention of the United Nations on climate change (further - the Framework convention), and also the Kyoto protocol to the Framework convention and the Parisian agreement (the national coordinator).";
add with subitems 5.3.6 (5) and 5.3.6(6) following contents:
"5.3.6 (5). functions of the national coordinator on work with the Framework convention, Kyoto protocol to the Framework convention and the Parisian agreement, ensuring interdepartmental interaction under the organization of work on participation in the Framework convention, the Kyoto protocol to the Framework convention and the Parisian agreement, interaction with the Secretariat of the Framework convention on administrative, organizational and budgetary questions;
5.3.6 (6). interaction in accordance with the established procedure within the competence with public authorities of foreign states, the international organizations (and regional associations) in the field of climate change;".
