About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2020 No. 533

Based on part one of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2008 "About procedure for execution of agreements in foreign trade" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 178

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2020 No. 533 "About statistical declaration of goods" the following changes:

to add subitem 1.3 of Item 1 with part of the following content:

"Concerning the goods specified in the list according to appendix 1, earlier placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which country of source are not state members of the Eurasian Economic Union or origin of which it is unknown, in import statistical declarations data on registration number of the declaration are specified goods or about registration number of the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods;";

in item 4 to "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word to "appendix 2";

in signature stamp of appendix to this resolution the word "Appendix" shall be replaced with words "Appendix 2";

add the resolution with appendix 1 it (is applied).

2. Concerning goods, shipment (receipt) of which took place till December 31, 2025 inclusive, representation, filling, registration of the statistical declaration, modification of the registered statistical declaration, its cancellation are performed in the cases and procedure determined by the acts of the legislation concerning statistical declaring existing on the date of shipment (receipt) of such goods.

3. To the State Customs Committee till December 31, 2025 to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
