About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drug circulation", "About the address of medical products")

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drug circulation" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of January 16, 2024 No. 4) the following changes:

in Article 17:

a) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. Expedited procedure of registration is applied to:

- to strategically important medicines;

- to the medicines made in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

b) add with part of 3-1 following content:

"3-1. The automatic procedure of registration is applied to:

- to the medicines included in the list of prekvalifitsirovanny medicines of the World Health Organization, and also medicines, registered by such regulatory bodies as Administration for foodstuff and medicines of the USA (FDA), the European agency on medical products (EMA) (according to the centralized procedure), the Agency on medicines and products of medical purpose of Japan (PMDA), the Agency of therapeutic products of Switzerland (Swissmedic) and Agency on regulation of medicines and products of medical purpose of Great Britain (MHRA);

- to orphan medicines;

- to the medicines acquired through the organizations (representations) founded by the United Nations (UN), which signed the contract (the agreement, the memorandum) with the Cabinet of Ministers.

The procedure for holding the accelerated and automatic procedure of registration of medicines, and also determinations of the amount of payment for carrying out the accelerated and automatic registration of medicines is established by the Cabinet of Ministers.".
