About artificial intelligence
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) library of data - set of the structured and (or) grouped data suitable for training of models of artificial intelligence;
2) the manufacturer of library of data - person who organized collection, processing and structuring the data suitable for training of models of artificial intelligence;
3) artificial intelligence - the functional capability to imitation of the cognitive functions characteristic of the person providing the results comparable to results of intellectual activities of the person or exceeding them;
4) synthetic results of activities of systems of artificial intelligence - the images, video, audio, texts or their combinations created or changed by system of artificial intelligence, imitating appearance, voice, behavior of physical person or event which actually did not occur;
5) system of artificial intelligence - the object of informatization functioning on the basis of one or several models of artificial intelligence;
6) result of activities of system of artificial intelligence - information or the decision irrespective of form of their provision, or action, including the works and (or) services made and (or) rendered by system of artificial intelligence;
7) the user of system of artificial intelligence (further - the user) - person using system of artificial intelligence for accomplishment of specific function and (or) task;
8) the model of artificial intelligence - the software product developed for accomplishment of specialized tasks and capable to adapt to the changing conditions to study at basis of the accumulated experience and to optimize processes and results of the activities;
9) training of model of artificial intelligence - processing of the provided or cumulative data with the purpose of forming or enhancement of capability of model to carry out intellectual tasks;
