About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, of 26, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of increase in efficiency of regulation of the monetary market during warlike situation of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Item 5 of the Section I of the Regulations on procedure for the forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 11, 2014 No. 806 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"5. All funds raised by bank, except for means are subject to obligatory reservation:

1) considered on correspondent accounts of other resident banks, accounts of conditional storage (eskro) of other resident banks, the accounts of means in calculations of other resident banks;

2) attracted from resident banks in the form of interbank credits and deposits;

3) attracted on the terms of subordinated debt;

4) attracted from international financial institutions (further - IFI);

5) attracted in type of loan for the term of more than one year from legal nonresident persons into whose list of participants (shareholders) the foreign state enters and/or in the authorized capital of which the share of IFI constitutes at least 10 percent;
