About measures for support of health and pharmaceutical workers

For the purpose of strengthening of social protection of employees of the public medical institutions, I decide increases in their material interest, creation of worthy conditions for effective work:

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of support of health and pharmaceutical workers:

(a) strengthening of social protection of health and pharmaceutical workers, increase in their material interest;

(b) implementation of measures of additional stimulation of the self-sacrificing workers rendering to the population high-quality and effective medical services;

(c) creation of additional opportunities for increase in the professional qualification by perspective young specialists;

(d) increase in the authority of doctors on society under the motto "the doctor-the keeper of health of the population".

II. Financial support of health and pharmaceutical workers

2. Since 2026 annually to encourage employees of the public medical institutions in connection with Day of health workers in the minimum wage at the expense of Fund of material stimulation and development of medical institutions.

3. Due to the Day of health workers annually to hold competition on the following nominations:

(a) "The best head of republican hospital", "The best head of territorial authority of health care";

(b) in each region:

(i) "The best head of district (city) body of health care", "The best head of family polyclinic", "The best doctor of the area (city)" and "The best average health worker of the area (city)";

(ii) "The best family polyclinic", "The best district (city) hospital" and "The best territorial hospital".

4. Determine that:

(a) following the results of tender winners are encouraged with one-time remuneration for the account of the State trust fund of development of medicine (further - Fund) in the following sizes:

(i) medical institutions - 500 million sum;
