About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of mediation

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 1 (2), the Art. 14) the following changes:

Article 37 to add 1) with part 11 of the following content:

"11. The parties shall be on mediativny information meeting.";

Article 106 to add 2) with part of 21 following contents:

"21. Person submitting the application or the claim having the right to petition for payment deferral of half of the amount of the state fee which is subject to payment in the relevant degree of jurisdiction in the presence of intention to resolve dispute by mediation application. In this case the petition for intention to resolve dispute by mediation application is attached to the statement or the claim.";

Item 3 of part 1 of article 108 after figures "1-5," to add 3) with figures "71,";

Article 135 to add 4) with Item of 21 following contents:

"21) the petition for payment deferral of half of the amount of the state fee which is subject to payment in the presence of intention to resolve dispute by mediation application;";

Part 1 of Article 138 to add 5) with Item of 71 following contents:

"71) the claimant does not pay the rest of the state fee for continuation of legal proceedings in case of not achievement of the mediativny agreement by the parties;";

Article 222 to add 6) with Item 11 of the following content:

"11) the claimant was not on obligatory mediativny information meeting;";

Article 325 to add 7) with part 6 of the following content:

"6. In the presence of intention to resolve dispute by application of mediation to the petition for appeal the petition for payment deferral of half of the amount of the state fee which is subject to payment shall be enclosed.";

To add part 1 of Article 329 with Item of 41 following contents:
