About modification of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following changes:
Item 2 of Article 128 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. The limited liability company can have as the single founder (shareholder) other economic society consisting of one person provided that such economic societies are not under direct or indirect control of the foreign legal entity.
The societies consisting of one person, except as specified, when the state and municipal authorities act as the founder, bear solidary subsidiary responsibility according to obligations:
- economic societies which single members they are or were at the time of approach of completion date of obligations;
- the economic societies having (the obligations which had at the time of approach of completion date) as the single participants the economic societies specified in paragraph three of this Item, or the subsequent economic societies in the corresponding chain of the economic societies having (the obligations which had at the time of approach of completion date) as the single participants the economic societies consisting of one person.
Registration of economic society as which single founder economic society acts is forbidden if at the same time the most admissible depth of chain of ownership of the economic societies consisting of one participant is exceeded.
The maximum depth of chain of economic societies with the single founder who is economic society with the single participant shall not exceed three levels, including final economic society.";
