2. Implement since January 1, 2026 procedure for simultaneous rendering the following services in case of state registration of subjects of entrepreneurship on the basis of the principle "Begin business in 15 minutes":

(a) provision of key of the digital signature;

(b) filing of application on opening and activation of bank accounts;

(c) the direction of the statement on receipt of the license, permission or the notification on some types of activity;

(d) execution of the lease agreement of real estate;

(e) receipt of the certificate of the taxpayer on value added (taxpayers to whom the certificate is granted in automatic procedure without refining of level of tax risk);

(g) acquisition online of cash registers online and their registration in tax authorities;

(h) appointment of the head of the legal entity and its statement to accounting in the interdepartmental hardware and software "Single National System of Work".

3. Determine that within the principle "Begin business in 15 minutes":

(a) the subject of entrepreneurship voluntarily uses each service on the basis of the choice;

(b) on the chosen services the possibility of implementation of payment by single QR code is created.

4. Determine that since January 1, 2026:

(a) individual entrepreneurs are allowed to have trade name;
