Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2000 by N1021 "About State Regulation of Gas Prices and Rates for Services in Its Transportation in the Territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 2, Art. 175; 2002, N 21, Art. 2001; 2006, N 50, Art. 5354).

3. To Federal Tariff Service to approve the provisions determining:

formula of the price of gas, feature and frequency of calculation of wholesale prices for gas for gas price formula, the list of the indicators necessary for carrying out calculation, the principles of their forming, sources of basic data for carrying out calculation and the list of the required materials represented by the organizations performing regulated types of activity;

features of determination of amounts of gas and the list of final consumers to which the principles of regulation of wholesale prices for gas provided by Items 15.1 - 15.3 Basic provisions of forming and state regulation of gas prices and rates for the services in its transportation in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2000 N1021 are applied.
