About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Department of land and water transport under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 14, 2022 No. 223

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Department of land and water transport under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 14, 2022 No. 223 the following changes:
in Regulations on Department of land and water transport under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 8 of the word "Isanova, 42" shall be replaced with words "M. Gorky, 1";
- to add the subitem 2 of Item 11 with paragraphs of the following content:
"-maintaining the register of water transport, ports, bases and constructions on reservoirs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- maintaining the unified register of certificates on classification of the small size vessels meeting the requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union;".
2. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the number of staff approved for the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, and means provided in the republican budget for the corresponding year and the next years.
3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
