PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About recognition voided some decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

Within inventory count of presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by Articles 70, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About early abdication of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 13, 1993 No. 346;

2) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the questions connected with financing by Kyrgyzaltyn state concern of actions for the celebration of the 1000 anniversary of the epos "Manas" of December 16, 1994 No. 328;

3) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About acceptance of resignation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 1996 No. 23;

4) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About new national forest policy in the republic" of October 6, 1998 No. 300;

5) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the actions connected with the 50 anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights" of December 4, 1998 No. 369;

6) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About acceptance of resignation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 11, 2000 No. 338;

7) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of the State computer network" of May 3, 2001 No. 155;

8) The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for enhancement of activities of free economic zones in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 7, 2001 No. 190;

9) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About resignation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 22, 2002 No. 122;

10) Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About increase in role and the status of council of Assembly of the people of Kyrgyzstan" of May 31, 2002 No. 138;
