the order of the Ministry of social protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of August 21, 1998 No. 77/108 "About approval of the Instruction about payment procedure of pensions to persons which are in places of detention";
the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 2006 No. 59/127 "About modification and amendments in the Instruction about payment procedure of pensions to persons which are in places of detention";
the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of September 29, 2008 No. 138/276 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Instruction about payment procedure of pensions to persons which are in places of detention".
