1.1. in the column "Name of Consumers" of subitem 1.9 of Item of 1 appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of February 27, 2017 "About establishment of rates for electrical energy of" the word "Items 12 and 12-1 of the Regulations on procedure of payments and introduction of payment for housing and communal services, service in management of common property of joint household and payment for use of premises of the state housing stock, and also the expense recovery for the electric power approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2014 No. 571" shall be replaced with words No. 16 "Items 11, 52 and part two of Item 85 of the Regulations on procedure of payments and introduction of payment for housing and communal services, service in management of common property of joint household and payment for use of premises of the state housing stock, and also expense recovery for the electric power, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of August 27, 2025 No. 465";
