On the objects which are specially intended for stay of children and also objects with simultaneous stay over 300 people (except for the fairs organized in the open air), objects of the social sphere and health care with the round-the-clock stay of people the workers who are members of fire team and the workers involved in implementation of the plan of evacuation of people in case of the fire are provided with self-rescuers.
On the objects which are specially intended for stay of children, and also objects of the social sphere and health care with the round-the-clock stay of people the seriously ill patients and persons deprived of opportunity independently freely to move, in number of 100 percent from actually located beds (beds) for the specified category of people are provided with self-rescuers.
The self-rescuers intended for application by the workers who are members of fire team, and the workers involved in implementation of the plan of evacuation of people in case of the fire are placed on workplaces, and the seriously ill patients and persons deprived of opportunity independently freely to move, – in rooms of their stay. Storage of self-rescuers corresponds to the conditions determined by operational documentation

On the objects which are specially intended for stay of children, at least two times a year training classes are given in evacuation of people from buildings in case of the fire according to the all-object instruction on fire safety. In the sanatorium and improving organizations for children (except for camps) the round-the-clock stay training classes are given in each change.
On objects with simultaneous stay over 300 people (except for cult buildings) at least two times a year training classes are given in working off of actions of workers for ensuring safe evacuation of people from buildings in case of the fire according to the all-object instruction on fire safety.
On objects of the social sphere and health care with the round-the-clock stay of people at least two times a year training classes shall be given in working off of actions of workers for ensuring safe evacuation of people from buildings in case of the fire according to the all-object instruction on fire safety.
By results of holding training occupations the statement of any form in which are specified date of occupations, the actions fulfilled according to the all-object instruction on fire safety, the officials giving the classes, number of people taking part in them is drawn up
