About introduction of amendments to the Law on protection of non-material cultural heritage No. 58/2012

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on protection of non-material cultural heritage No. 58/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 76-80, 255), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "Representative List of Non-material Cultural Heritage of Mankind" and "List of the Non-material Cultural Heritage Needing Urgent Protection" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "The representative list of UNESCO of non-material cultural heritage of mankind" and "The list of UNESCO of the non-material cultural heritage needing urgent protection" respectively in the corresponding case.

2. In Article 3:
