1. Approve the enclosed extreme sizes of trade allowances to the registered prices of medicines which provide separate categories of the citizens having the right to the government public assistance in type of set of social services.
2. The size of the trade allowance for the medicines having identical high-quality (the identical international unlicensed name) and quantitative (dose) composition of active ingredients, dosage form and consumer packaging to calculate proceeding from the smallest registered price of medicine and the sizes of the trade allowances established by this order for subjects of the Russian Federation.
3. Consider invalid the following Orders of Roszdravnadzor:
a) of 22.12.2004 N660-Pr/04 "About Establishment of Trade Allowances to the Registered Prices of Medicines Which Provide Separate Categories of Citizens" (registration number 6334, "The Russian newspaper", N 36, 22.02 is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 16.02.2005. 2005);
