Rules of use of the woods for farming

I. General provisions

1. These rules of use of the woods (further - Rules) are developed for farming according to the Forest code of the Russian Federation (The Federal Law of December 4, 2006 N200-FZ) (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 50, the Art. 5278).

2. Farming in green zones and forest parks, is forbidden according to part 3 of Article 105 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation.

3. Use of the timberland for farming shall not interfere, according to part 1 of Article 11 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation, the right of citizens to stay freely and free of charge in the woods.

4. The woods can be used for implementation of mowing, pasture of farm animals, beekeeping, northern reindeer breeding, cultivation of crops and other agricultural activities * (1).

5. For farming the timberland is provided to citizens, legal entities according to Article 9 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation * (2).

6. Use of the timberland for farming is performed according to the forest plan of the subject of the Russian Federation and forestry and landscape regulations of forest area.
