1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2008 No. 42 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out monitoring of the prices (rates), calculation of price indexes in construction and interactions of the organizations for pricing in construction with the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus and subjects of investing activities in construction";
the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of November 24, 2015 No. 34 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2008 No. 42".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
