1. In the order of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 10, 2023 No. 19 "About approval of provisions of republican public institution "Committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan", republican public institution "Committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and its territorial authorities" to make the following changes and addition:

4) of Item 14 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"4) creation of protocols, hearing of cases about administrative offenses and imposing of administrative punishments according to the procedure, established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses;".
