1. "4) regulations of consumption of service of heat supply for consumers with metering devices no more than zero the whole twenty five thousand gigacalories on one square meter a month;

regulations of consumption of service in heat supply for consumers of not having metering devices for one square meter, areas approved by akimat, the cities of republican value, the capital according to the subitem 34) article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan";".

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
