About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2006 No. 64 and of December 27, 2021 No. 222

Based on part one of Item 1 of Article 18 and Item 2 of article 70 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2006 No. 64 "About approval of Rules of notarial clerical work":

to exclude from preamble of the word "and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605,";

in the Rules of notarial clerical work approved by this resolution:

to exclude subitem 35.19-2 of Item 35;

in Item 49 part six to replace the word of "fourth" with the word "heel";

in Item 56:

to exclude from the paragraph of the seventh word of "National Archive Fund of the Republic of Belarus";

to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:

"about availability of documents (DEV) in electronic form, about the electronic cases (EC) with indication of the software in which such cases, the information resources (IR), the hybrid cases (HC) are created;";

1.2. in appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2021 No. 222 "About the list of the documents which are formed in the course of activities of notary offices at notaries":
