1. "About use of copies of certificates of origin for the purposes of provision of tariff preferences" to state Item 1 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of May 19, 2022 to No. 85 in the following edition:
"1. Determine that from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029 inclusive for confirmation of goods origin according to rules of determination of goods origin, imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union which are stipulated in Item 4 articles 37 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the electronic or paper copy of the certificate of origin on condition of obligatory subsequent submission of the original of the specified certificate in time no later than 6 months from registration date of the declaration on goods can be represented (if according to such rules submission of the original certificate about goods origin is the compulsory provision of provision of tariff preferences). In this case by the customs applicant it is declared in the declaration on goods according to the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, information on the obligation to submit the original certificate about goods origin within the specified term.".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than January 1, 2026.
