1. No. 51 "About modification of the Section II of the Single list of products (goods) which are subject to the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) on customs border and customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of May 14, 2024 with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine that:

a) the documents on assessment of conformity of products specified in appendix to this Decision, issued according to the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union before the date of entry into force of this Decision are valid before the termination of term of their action, but no later than January 1, 2026;

b) the product circulation, specified in appendix to this Decision, released till January 1, 2026, is allowed during the term of its validity established by the manufacturer without availability of state registration.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since June 29, 2024.
