About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2016 No. 86
Based on Item 2 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2024 No. 344-Z "About insurance activity", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2016 No. 86 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of internal control system in insurance companies" the following changes:
1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on Item 2 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2024 No. 344-Z "About insurance activity" and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
1.2. in Item 1:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
1.3. in the Instruction about the organization of the internal control system in insurance companies approved by this resolution:
in the text of the Instruction:
"insurer" shall be replaced with words the word "insurance organization" in the corresponding case;
the words "local regulatory legal act" shall be replaced with words "the local legal act" in the corresponding number and case;
replace the words "legislation of the Republic of Belarus" with the word "legislation" in the corresponding case;
in Item 2:
