the costs which are not named in this subitem, but directly connected with rendering (accomplishment) services (works) when implementing ministerial procedure;

4.2. general business costs – costs which do not belong directly to the costs which are directly connected with rendering (accomplishment) services (works) when implementing ministerial procedure:
