According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About addresses of citizens" and for the purpose of settlement of carrying out personal reception of citizens I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization and carrying out personal reception of citizens by the Chairman, the First deputy and vice-chairmen of the State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations which is applied.

2. Approve form of register of personal reception of citizens by the Chairman, the First deputy and vice-chairmen of the State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations (appendix).

3. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to management of organizational and analytical ensuring work of management the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To provide to the sector of documentary providing and control publication of this order in mass media.

5. To impose control on accomplishment of this order on the First Deputy Chairman A. Zayts.
