About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" on settlement of activities of the humanitarian organizations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 51, Art. 451 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1) humanitarian response are complex of the actions and actions performed by public authorities, local government bodies, the humanitarian organizations for the purpose of ensuring life activity of the population, overcoming or minimization of negative effects of difficult vital circumstances, protection of life and health of the population, carrying out evacuation, humanitarian assistance, social services, prevention of emergence of emergency situations and liquidation of their effects and also for overcoming and elimination of effects of the armed aggression or armed conflict, recovery of condition of the surrounding environment, objects and constructions of life support systems and property";

add Item 5 with the subitem "i" of the following content:

"i) bodies and organizations of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine";

in Item 6 of the word and figure of "subitems "a", "b", "v", "g", "g"", "д", "е", "э" Item 5" shall be replaced with words also in figure of "subitems "a", "b", "v", "g", "g""", д", "е", "э", "and" Item 5";

add with Items 7 and 8 of the following content:
