About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of June 23, 2020 No. 9

Based on part two of Item 7 and Item 11 of appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 "About enhancement of procedure for the address with waste of goods and packagings" the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 16

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of June 23, 2020 No. 9 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 No. 16" the following changes:

1.1. in word preamble of "part two of Item 8 and Item 11 of appendix 2" shall be replaced with words "parts two of Item 7 and Item 11 of appendix";

1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for the choice of receivers of the means arriving into the special account, approved by this resolution:

in Item 1:

shall be replaced with words words of "item 4 of appendix 2" "Item parts one 3 appendices";

after words of "state programs" to add Item with the words "and the actions realized according to regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus";

add Item 2 with part of the following content:

"The legal entities or individual entrepreneurs enabling implementation of actions whose financing source according to regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus are the means arriving into the special account are included based on these regulatory legal acts in the list of receivers of the means arriving into the special account created according to Item 12 of this provision.";

Item part two in paragraph five 4, subitem 5. 1, paragraph one of subitem 5.3 of Item 5 and in part one of Item 12 of the word of "item 4 of appendix 2" shall be replaced with words "Item parts one 3 appendices";
