About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2020 No. 42
Based on item 4 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2019 No. 198-Z "About radiation safety", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2020 No. 42 "About approval of regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety" the following changes:
in preamble of the word "7.4 Items 7" and "on December 29, 2006 No. 756" to replace respectively with the words "9.4 Items 9" and "on November 14, 2022 No. 405";
in regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety "Safety in case of the address with sources of ionizing radiation. General provisions", approved by this resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety "Safety in case of the address with sources of ionizing radiation. General provisions" (further – Rules) establish requirements to safe use of sources of ionizing radiation (further – III), including safety requirements of activities in the field of use of III, including the purpose, the principles and criteria of safety which respect is obligatory when implementing activities in the field of use of III.";
from paragraphs two and third 9, of the paragraph of the eighth Item 120, of the paragraph of the eighth Item 121 of the word "and its effects" to exclude Item parts six;
in Items 53, of 55, 98, parts one of Item 104 of the word "manufacturer", "manufacturer (producer)" shall be replaced with words Item parts two "the manufacturer (producer)" in the corresponding case;
