About recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2021 No. 114 and of August 15, 2024 No. 55

1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2021 No. 114 "About representation by the notary of interests of persons (person) who addressed for making of notarial action";
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2024 No. 55 "About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2021 No. 114".
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 11, 2025.
