2) Committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (under approval) about application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan about need in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of this order of prohibition specified in Item 1.
