This resolution partially shifts Regulations on application (EU) of 2021/451 Commission of December 17, 2020 (shifts the Art. 15, of appendix X and XI) about establishment of technical standards for application of Regulations (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and Council about the reporting for the purpose of supervision of organizations, and excellent Executive regulations (EU) 680/2014, CELEX: 32021R0451, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 97 of March 19, 2021, with the last changes made by Executive regulations of the Commission (EU) 2022/1994 of November 21, 2022.

In the Instruction about procedure for provision by banks of reports of COREP for the purpose of supervision approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 117/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 183-194, to the Art. 907) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1337/2018, to make the following changes:

1.1. in harmonization formula:
