1) Article 8 to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. Public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation have the right to provision of the state support of professional training according to programs of professional training for professions of workers, positions of employees to persons who received on State Final Examination according to educational programs of the main general education unsatisfactory results or not past of State Final Examination according to the specified educational programs in the terms determined by procedure for holding State Final Examination by the appropriate educational programs. In case of realization of the specified right public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation determine the list of professions of workers, positions of employees according to which professional training of specified persons, the list of the organizations performing educational activities in which such professional training, and also procedure for the organization of such professional training is performed is performed.";
