Article 1

Bring in article 13 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2004 No. 218-FZ "About credit stories" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 1, Art. 44; No. 30, Art. 3121; 2013, No. 51, Art. 6683; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3395; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3945; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5120; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5061; 2023, No. 1, Art. 16; 2024, No. 48, Art. 7214; No. 53, Art. 8543; 2025, No. 23, Art. 2996) following changes:

To add 1) with part 3.2 following of content:

"3.2. For the purpose of identification of the subject of credit history - physical person in the Central catalog of credit stories the Bank of Russia performs verification of information constituting title parts of credit stories of the subject of credit history - physical person, with use of number of record of the single federal information register containing data on the population of the Russian Federation. Number of record of the single federal information register containing data on the population of the Russian Federation is not part of information constituting title part of credit history of the subject of credit history - physical person, stored in the Central catalog of credit stories.";
