Procedure for conducting check by the working groups of the central executive bodies

1. This Procedure determines procedure of carrying out for the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the Prime Minister of Ukraine (further - the decision) checks by the working groups of the central executive bodies and their territorial authorities of financial and economic activities central and local executive bodies, and also subjects of housekeeping of public sector of economy (further - objects of control).

2. In the decision it is noted:

the name of the central executive body which is entrusted to perform, and other central executive bodies;

full name of object of control;

purpose (subject) of check;

the period for which it is necessary to perform;

term of representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine information on results of check.

3. The central executive body, it is entrusted to them to perform, or its territorial authority (further - the main contractor) forms taking into account the purpose (subject) of check the working group which structure joins specialists of other central executive bodies or their territorial authorities (dalshesoispolnitel) which are noted in the decision or are determined in case of need by the main contractor and have the high professional training level.
