SOLVED:
1. In preamble the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 30, 2013 No. 1336 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for cost determination of net assets of institutes of joint investment", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 21, 2013 at No. 444/23976, and figure "According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine"," shall be replaced with words also in figures "According to Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets",".
2. Registered on August 21, 2013 at No. 1444/23976, to be reworded as follows the regulations on procedure for cost determination of net assets of institutes of joint investment approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 30, 2013 No. 1336, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which is applied.
