In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2000 No. 1021 "About state regulation of gas prices, rates for services in its transportation, payments for technological connection of the gas-using equipment to gas distribution networks in the territory of the Russian Federation and payments for technological accession to trunk gas pipelines of the under construction and reconstructed gas pipelines intended for gas transportation from trunk gas pipelines to capital construction projects, and the gas pipelines intended for gas transportation from natural gas fields to trunk gas pipeline" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 2, Art. 175; 2018, No. 1, Art. 390; No. 45, Art. 6942; No. 51, Art. 7991):
a) add with Item 6 of the following content:
"6. The subitem "d" of item 4 (1) Basic provisions of forming and state regulation of gas prices, rates for services in its transportation, payment for technological connection of the gas-using equipment to gas distribution networks in the territory of the Russian Federation and payments for technological accession to trunk gas pipelines of the under construction and reconstructed gas pipelines intended for gas transportation from trunk gas pipelines to capital construction projects, and the gas pipelines intended for gas transportation from the natural gas fields to trunk gas pipeline approved by this resolution is effective till March 1, 2029";
