About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 23, 2025 No. 1638

1. State Item of 3 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2024 No. 1637, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 23, 2025 No. 1638 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2024 No. 1637" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 43, the Art. 6422), in the following edition:
"3. In Item 10:
a) word in paragraph three "the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution," shall be replaced with words "the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution concerning the goods exported from the Russian Federation,";
b) word in paragraph five "the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution," shall be replaced with words "the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution concerning the goods imported into the Russian Federation,".".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
