I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 1265 "About approval of Rules of issue of the petition on receipt of the investor visa to the persons who are nonresidents of the Republic of Kazakhstan and performing investing activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13039) the following change:

the electronic copy of the document confirming position of person according to Item 3 of these rules;
electronic copies of the documents confirming the fact of investment of investments into the investment project the last 36 (thirty six) months prior to date of application (source accounting documents processed in compliance by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About financial accounting and the financial reporting";
the invoices which are drawn up according to the Tax code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
the customs declarations which are drawn up according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan");
in case of availability of recommendations of the state bodies or subjects of the quasi-public sector confirming realization by uslugopoluchatel of the investment project in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan it is applied in addition;
2) for physical persons:
the electronic copy of the identity document of the face declared on receipt of the investor visa with notarially certified transfer in the state or Russian languages;
electronic copies of the documents confirming the fact of investment of investments, with indication of surname, name, middle name (in the presence) uslugopoluchatel and the amount of the investments into economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan enclosed by it on the amount, equivalent 300 (three hundred) thousand US dollars or more the last 12 (twelve) months prior to date of application (the account statement of the holder of issued securities with circulation period over 10 (ten) years or the statement from the charter of the legal entity with notarially certified transfer in the state or Russian languages about replenishment of the authorized capital with appendix of the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity).

2. To provide to committee on investments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on accomplishment of the actions provided in subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
