When implementing by territorial fund in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation of powers of medical insurance companies the Federal fund gives methodical and advisory help in case of receipt of the corresponding appeal of territorial fund, and also performs monitoring, stipulated in Item 14.1 parts 8 of article 33 of this Federal Law concerning territorial fund.

6. In the case specified in part 11 of article 14 of this Federal Law, the territorial fund performs powers of medical insurance companies with use of the state information system of compulsory medical insurance.";
