Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2023 No. 60 "About rates for services of mail service public" the following changes:
1.1. to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to this resolution it (is applied);
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for services of the mail service public approved by this resolution:
add Item 1 with subitem 1.3 of the following content:
"1.3. payment (delivery) of pension to the citizens who showed willingness to receive pension through object of mail service of the national operator of mail service with payment for the account of own means of the service rendered to them.";
add Item 8 with the paragraph of the following content:
"on services in payment (delivery) of pension to the citizens who showed willingness to receive pension through object of mail service of the national operator of mail service with payment for the account of own means of the service rendered to them, – costs on acceptance of information on receivers of pensions, obtaining and transportation of money, document creation and pension payment in operational cash desk of object of mail service, delivery of pensions to the house, to the report and control.";
